passed and Cloudflare actually deployed — not against the version bump, because
a tag on a branch nobody deployed is a claim about software that is not running.

Known open at time of tag: 17 js/file-system-race CodeQL findings in scripts/,
cli/ and tests/bench/ (16 of them already on main before this release). None
reach the app bundle. The CodeQL check on PR #185 is red for this reason and was
merged knowingly, not overlooked.
