Fix: seed= argument now honored in sequential fallback paths of medsim_run_parallel (R CMD check environment and single-core/few-task cases)

Test coverage

Expanded test coverage from 93.2% → 95.1%
New tests cover: pbapply progress path, format-helper branches, error-boxplot paths, timing/coverage plot edge cases, and medsim_tables_workflow tryCatch paths
