Highlights

  • Evidence-based r:urlcheck 403 triage (#67) — root-then-URL probing replaces the hardcoded doi.org heuristic; classifies dead/real_403 (gate) vs bot_blocked/transient (advisory), with per-item evidence. New envelope fields advisory/advisory_count (additive; doi_blocked_count preserved). Scope: reduces local preflight noise only — does not fix CRAN URL NOTEs (CRAN's own check uses R's UA and can't be configured).
  • r:rhub dispatch bugfix (closes #66) — rhub::rhub_check()'s first param is gh_url, not a local path (verified live against installed rhub — the function has no path param at all); every dispatch was failing. Fixed via setwd(). rc_submit() did not have this bug (verified live before assuming symmetry). _invoke_r now folds stderr into failures instead of silently dropping them.
  • r:tidy command + r:lint --tidy/--set-lintr (closes #65) — new tidyverse-conventions audit: tidyverse lintr preset, DESCRIPTION normalization preview/--fix, roxygen completeness (@examples/@return/@family), NEWS.md header currency. New lib/tidyaudit.py. All four stages advisory, never block.
