NOTE: This is a re-do of the now-deleted v0.39.0 which was released with broken GitHub metadata, breaking downstream consumers

Fixed:

  • Make sure dda outputs as UTF-8 on Windows (#309)

Added:

  • Configure a command to fetch the client token for dda self feature-flag in CI (#310)
  • New anomalydetection dependency group for invoke tasks on datadog-agent (#313)

Removed:

  • The per-OS DDA_FEATURE_FLAGS_CI_* environment variables and related feature flag managers (#311)
  • Remove boto3 from the core dependencies, it remains available through the legacy-* features (#311)
