Add metrics integration testing (v1)

This PR :

• bootstraps the integration tests setup for metrics
• embed one integration test : metrics with DD_ENHANCED_METRICS=true

Coming in a next PR :

• more tests about metrics
• logic to loop over all test cases (instead of hardcoding the test function name)
• check invocation status code
