@bm1549 I pushed up a fix for the links. Footnotes for links inside tabs have to appear inside the tab or they break :) Just a heads up. If you name your branches |

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Updates the documentation to remove misleading information about disabling tracing for Kafka since this does not work across languages. Instead, link to language-specific documentation
