Adds note to documentation about the new
DdStepFunctionTraceEnabledCloudFormation parameter that's used to set theDD_STEP_FUNCTION_TRACE_ENABLEDenv varWith this feature, customers can convert all their logs to traces at the forwarder level rather than at each step function
