What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Updates on-page integrations search logic to prioritize keyword matches when there is an exact phrase. Refactors integrations logic to improve performance.

Compare filtering by keyword for multiple words with live site: "temporal cloud"

The appropriate tiles should appear first in the results; Also ensure prior changes to improve the filtering of "apache flink" for example still work as expected
