What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
updates the audit events page to load audit events from a Datadog API mounted from websites-sources https://github.com/DataDog/websites-sources/tree/main/data/audit_events.json. (PR)
small update to an unrelated shortcode to add more context to the error message
