Looks great, Joe! I made some super minor suggestions. Also not exactly sure what a closed preview means, if you can just...join it like any other Preview feature? I'll leave it up to you if you want to define it, at least for the purpose of setting expectations for what customers will experience if they join.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Revises Source Code Integration | Synchronize your repository metadata | Git providers to include code snippets for GitLab as part of the closed preview. Also adds a link to the preview sign-up as an option for syncing metadata.
