What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

  • Update OTLP trace endpoints to new values.
  • These auto-populate placeholders in /opentelemetry/setup/otlp_ingest/traces/.

Merge instructions

@brett0000FF This looks good, can we wait until Monday to merge? I believe support for one more environment will go live in the next couple of days.
