Adds missing {{column.name}} template variable for column-level monitors,
verified against group-by keys in the web-ui source code. Reorders variables
to match the natural database > schema > table > column hierarchy.

we're not talking about annotations here, that feels like it's missing for me. also maybe adding some visuals on the monitor creation flow might help orient the user? |

Write 0 → 1 documentation for Data Observability monitors. This is essentially just the data quality monitor type today, but will eventually include the jobs monitor type as well.
