What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Reorganizes the Bits AI Dev Agent setup docs to add a new "Environment setup" section at the
##level (same level as "Additional configuration"). This groups internet access and repository environment settings together for better discoverability, and clarifies that the default internet access policy is no internet access. Also updates the default allowlist with newly supported domains.Changes:
