It seems a bit confusing to include retention policy for when a product isn't enabled. Are there use cases for Product Analytics where the 30-day policy would apply, i.e. where someone would be a Product Analytics user without having it enabled for an app?

These Confluence pages only seem to indicate the 15 month policy:
How long is retention in RUM, PANA, and Session Replay

Hi Jeff,

Closing the loop here from our discussion on this earlier.
I explained that the PA UI allows for user profile data to appear even when PA is not enabled. This is because when RUM is enabled, the user attribute is used to show that data. This data originating from the user attribute is only retained for 30 days.

The 30 days is important to mention as, I've confirmed with an SME, users may not know that PA is not enabled if they see the RUM attribute data populated.

The 15 months is the retention period when PA is enabled.

We also talked about the initial formatting of including "disabled" that matched the Audit trail row. I'm happy to create a card for reviewing this page for consistency and clarification.

What I've modified here is add a link to the Product Analytics guide telling them how to enable it. The UI takes a couple of steps that would be too long to explain in the table.
