What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
We've gotten reports of SR not working in released iOS apps. It appears that iOS's second pass symbol stripping that occurs during archiving is to blame.
To prevent stripping, users need to set a specific setting in their XCode project. This adds documentation on how to do that.
