Fixes DOCS-14290
Adds email allowlisting guidance to the GovCloud section of the "Manage Your Support Tickets" page. Agencies need to allowlist the
ddog-gov.comdomain to reliably receive registration verification codes, password reset emails, and case notifications from the GovCloud support portal.Changes:
