Add GCP Serverless to Agentic Onboarding CLI Documentation

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Added Serverless Monitoring with identifier serverless, and examples:

aws-lambda — AWS Lambda
gcp-cloud-run — Cloud Run Services
gcp-cloud-run-functions — Cloud Run functions
