What does this PR do?
Release new version of
ddevcontaining the fix for metadata validation.Motivation
The extras and marketplace repos use the latest version in pypi to install
ddev. In case there is a snowflake there, the metadata naming needs to be available in pypi.Review checklist (to be filled by reviewers)
