Motivation
Enable OTLP traces export system-test for Go, which was added to dd-trace-go in: DataDog/dd-trace-go#4600. This PR is included with upcoming dd-trace-go release v2.8.0
Changes
Enables the Test_Otel_Tracing_OTLP test for 2.8.0-dev.
