Changelog

BREAKING CHANGES: The interface AlertGeneratedMatcher has been replaced with the TelemetryMatcher one. It doesn't change anything for the CLI users. If you used Threatest as a library, you need to update your interfaces. If you just used the implementations of the matchers and not the interface, you have nothing to do, they are backward compatible
