Changes
- Suppress common Unix timestamp phone false positives with a North American leading-digit check (#41).
- Suppress credit-card false positives inside serialized decimal numbers while preserving formatted card detection (#40).
- Align Rust, Python, Node.js, and browser WASM packages at 0.4.4 (#51).
Phone detection still permits international candidates beginning with +; full metadata-based phone validation remains tracked in #49. Public APIs and finding offset semantics are unchanged.

Verification
Release CI passed Rust quality, installed Python 3.10–3.14, installed Node, and browser WASM checks. All four publication workflows succeeded. Fresh registry installations passed phone and credit-card regression smoke checks on macOS ARM64 (Rust, Python 3.13, Node 24, and the published WASM runtime).
