Adds a composite action (
.github/actions/push-gitlab-mirror) and reusable workflowreusable-gitlab-mirror-push.ymlso repositories can mirror to GitLab without duplicating shell. The game-server mirror reusable workflow now uses the same action.Merge this pull request before merging consumer repositories that reference
@main, so the action and workflow exist on the default branch.
