[Bug] [Resource Rename] Rename Resource Failed and No Exception was Throwed

What happened

taskType: FlinkJar. dinky version 1.20-1.2.5, database: postgresql 18.4
When I renamed a jar in my resource directory(Registration Center tab->Resource), only the data existing in database table dinky_resources was changed, and neither filename in filesystem(hdfs, local) nor resources module(in the data development tab) was changed. It would result in some errors during the running or recovering of flink jobs

What you expected to happen

1. rename files correctly in the filesystem
2. refresh the resource module in the data development tab immediately.

How to reproduce

rename a file in a directory.

The dinky could override an existing file by uploading, so I don't think it's a problem resulting from permission.
