[Ready] Add basic context to home page

Adds basic context to the home page and about. Will need a little more content (embedded getting started video) just before launch, but this gets us ready.

Also fixes some smaller bugs:

• New lines not in algolia index #398 - new lines are now being processed from the algolia index 8d13a17
• Datetimes not being properly processed #402 Fixes parsing of updated and created datetimestamps 8d34f6a
• 7a1e967 Keeps dataset overview from triggering unnecessary renders
• 702b7bb Related datasets weren't being rendered when description undefined, added checks to deal with this

And modifies one additional feature:

• 5c4e451 Sort related datasets by name
