Hard sibling dependency видалено; cross-repository integration запускається лише з явнимDSM_SERVER_REPO.Перевірено: 32 тести (включно з Client→Server v1 integration); 13 manifests; 3 schema fixtures; generator current (10 files); canonical/compatibility validators; local Markdown links; EN/UK parity; organization legacy-name scanner. Merge і реліз виконує лише NeoUKR.
