Українська: перебудовано Docker offline ZIP (547571ed…, 18,965,131 bytes) і Windows portable ZIP (b2db1988…, 17,773,736 bytes). Sidecar/internal checksums, canonical JSON Schema, no-Git scan і loopback runtime smoke пройдені. Clean Windows VM та clean offline Docker host ще відкриті; MSI не входить до 2.0, але schema fixture передбачає windows-msi.

English: rebuilt Docker offline ZIP (547571ed…, 18,965,131 bytes) and Windows portable ZIP (b2db1988…, 17,773,736 bytes).
