Retroactive audit-trail PR for sp-4y5.4.

Adds an Unreleased "Fixed" entry covering the fix that landed via
sp-4y5.4 (PRs #334, #354): pack inspect now wraps long persona fields
(description, occupation, background, traits) to terminal width by
default, with --full as the no-wrap opt-out that preserves newlines.

Closes #311.
