Patch on top of v0.17.0.

* Stereo scope inside the tape loop — fed by the existing peak
  level event (no extra audio plumbing). L deflects up from
  centre, R down. Bounds now match the tape SVG geometry so the
  trace sits strictly inside the loop.
* Ping-Pong / Freeze / Kill FB chips on one line.
* Smaller granular pitch-shifter window for lower perceived
  latency (~12 ms instead of ~50 ms — fits live use better).
