Doobie v0.17.2

* Pitch shifter latency compensation — both algorithms now report
  their inherent algorithm latency, and the engine subtracts it
  from every tape-read distance. Wet aligns with dry at the mix
  point on every repeat regardless of feedback amount, so the
  shifter feels realtime instead of drifting late per echo.
* Stereo scope inside the tape loop: vertically centered between
  strands, scrolls newest-on-left to match the tape transport
  (R head on the left of the panel).
* Mod-indicator dot was applying LFO depth twice → fixed; dot
  now traces the full arc range.
* Smaller chip row in DELAY (Ping-Pong / Freeze / Kill FB on one
  line).
