* Preset name now shows " *" when params have been edited since the
  last load/save. Browser row click prompts "Save / Discard / Cancel"
  before overwriting the dirty state.
* Mod-indicator arc + dot work again (regression fix).
* User-saved presets continue to appear in the preset browser with
  a USER tag + filter category (already in v0.16.1, verified here).
