TinyIce 2.10.1

Fixed: ScanMusicDir never read the music directory, so an AutoDJ
configured with only a music_dir started, played nothing and never
appeared as a source; and loading a .pls did not bump playlist_version,
so the Studio never refetched and the load stayed invisible.
