Fixed: Ogg mounts played silence in browsers. A new listener could be
rewound past the current stream's headers into previous tracks' orphan
header pages, so the first Ogg chain a browser saw carried no audio.
ffmpeg skipped ahead to the chain with audio, which is why command-line
checks looked healthy.
