Available in Production yet?

I have tried to install this in Production using the provided link and via the CLI command, and both told me that it's not available for Prod, as it is a beta package. Is that correct? The description states that it is "ready for production use" and the link to Install in Production leads me to believe we should be able to install in Prod.

I wasn't able to add to my sandbox org with the CLI or link either. I had to pull the code down to VS Code and then push to sandbox. However, I'm unable to generate a doc as it appears it's stuck generating.
