Patched dld.c to dismiss bad checksum on XFER records. Also made it
print the record if it gets an error on it.

Added a test script (test.sh) and a tool to make known files to test against (splitter). Also fixed a number of problems highlighted by this test script and trouble with same on Msys2 under Windows.
