A canvas-loading fix for remembered panel widths.

  • Fixed: with Resizable side panels on and a remembered panel width, the canvas painted at the default width and then visibly snapped narrower or wider about a second into loading the builder. The remembered width is now applied before the first paint, so the canvas opens at its final size.
