v0.4.6 — DynamoDB actions column fix

StackPort 0.4.6

Edit and Delete stay on one line in the DynamoDB items table (#182, #183)

Items with wide attribute values (UUIDs in a few columns were enough) squeezed the Edit/Delete column until both links wrapped one letter per line. The column now keeps its width no matter how wide the rest of the table gets. The SQS message list had the same layout, so its Delete column got the same fix.

Thanks to @bozzaj for the report, the sample item to reproduce it, and the min-width fix itself.
