Fixed intermittent site_directory_not_ready errors when pairing or calibrating factory-reset devices.
Added bounded retries when Floorplan replication temporarily returns busy, instead of immediately aborting pairing.
Allowed quarantined devices to catch up from the Configuration Owner only when it provides a strictly newer canonical Site Directory. Equal-revision conflicts remain fail-closed.
Fixed heartbeat compatibility probes becoming phase-locked when expanding beyond five devices.
Fixed 5-to-6-to-7 device expansion being treated like a fresh Group election.
Preserved the existing eligible Group Leader while the canonical Directory catches up with an expanded roster.
Unified Group participant counting for NAMO Nodes and Satellites.
Added dedicated hotfix build and export support.

Physically verified sequential expansion to seven devices.
Verified pairing, Floorplan replication, calibration, activation, final 7/7 canonical convergence, active fusion, and automation.
Added regression tests covering roster expansion, incumbent Leader preservation, compatibility probing, temporary replication contention, and quarantined-node catch-up.

초기화된 기기를 연결하거나 보정할 때 간헐적으로 발생하던 site_directory_not_ready 오류를 수정했습니다.
평면도 복제 원본이 일시적으로 busy 상태일 때 페어링을 즉시 중단하지 않고 제한적으로 재시도하도록 수정했습니다.
격리 상태의 기기는 Configuration Owner가 더 높은 canonical Site Directory revision을 제공할 때만 따라가도록 수정했습니다. 같은 revision의 충돌은 기존처럼 차단합니다.
5대 이상으로 확장할 때 heartbeat 호환성 probe가 특정 기기 조합에서 고착되는 문제를 수정했습니다.
5대에서 6대, 7대로 확장하는 과정을 새로운 Group 초기 선거처럼 처리하던 문제를 수정했습니다.
기기 추가 중에도 기존 Group Leader가 온라인이고 적격하다면 그대로 유지하도록 수정했습니다.
NAMO Node와 Satellite의 Group 참여자 계산 기준을 통일했습니다.
Hotfix 전용 빌드 및 내보내기 기능을 추가했습니다.

단일 Group을 7대까지 순차적으로 확장하는 과정을 실기기로 검증했습니다.
페어링, 평면도 복제, 보정, 활성화, 최종 7/7 canonical 수렴, 융합 및 자동화 동작을 확인했습니다.
roster 확장, 기존 Leader 유지, heartbeat 호환성 probe, 일시적인 복제 경합 및 격리 기기 수렴에 대한 회귀 테스트를 추가했습니다.
