  • Requires new major version - as method signatures change (type hints) (v3.x)
  • Adds PHP8.3 build support
  • Moves to use slevomat/coding-standard for format checks/reformatting
  • Moves to use psalm/phar for psalm analysis (this reduces the libraries pulled in instead of vimeo/psalm)
  • Change the version constraints on e.g. stash and predis to allow newer ones
