[BUG]: Background "Silk" freezing in Background Studio on parameter change.

Bug

When I am using the Background Studio tool to preview the "Silk" Background, and change any of its parameters, it is not getting applied and instead freezing the animation/simulation.

Expected Behaviour

The preview should reflect the applied changes and continue playing the animation smoothly.

Steps to reproduce

• Open https://reactbits.dev/tools/background-studio?bg=silk
• Change any of its parameters, e.g. color, speed, scale using the UI controls
• The animation freezes
• This behavior is not observed in any other background (Antigravity is tried here)

I believe I may have a fix, I can work on this.

I am guessing this is because we are recreating the uniforms object in each re-render, here
