Quality of Life Series 1.0.2
Fixes the smearing when you scroll.
Fixed
Scrolling a page left text drawn twice a few dozen pixels apart, with a sliver of the card left over past the buttons — worse the wider the window.
The pages kept Windows' own scrolling and simply hid the native scrollbar, so the thin rail could be drawn from the theme instead. Windows still reserved the hidden bar's width, so a row was laid out to one width and painted at another, and the gap between the two is what you were seeing.
Pages now scroll by moving their content inside a clipping view, with no native scrollbar anywhere in the picture, so there is nothing left to disagree about how wide a row is. The wheel is routed to whatever is under the pointer, so you no longer have to click a list before it will scroll.
Which download
QualityOfLifeSeriesSetup.exe — installs it with a Start menu entry, a desktop shortcut and an entry in Apps & features. Both shortcuts optional; the uninstaller removes everything it added.
QualityOfLifeSeries-portable.zip — unzip and run. Installs nothing.
Same executable either way. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit; no .NET install needed.
