Preview.3 improves seated PSVR webcam tracking when the headset is turned: brightness-weighted LED centers, bounded partial-visibility continuation with yaw hypotheses, stale-overlay suppression, bounded optical-dropout position prediction, and safe Media Foundation mode-change recovery. Windows CI built the service/config tool/client and passed all five deterministic tracking tests on commit 4372aa2. This remains unsigned preview software for seated SteamVR/iVRy testing.
