PSMoveServiceEx-PSVR v0.27.8.1 preview.4

Preview.4 fixes the PSVR optical model and continuation path.

Highlights:

• Corrects the seven-light PSVR geometry and automatically migrates stale preview.1-3 model profiles.
• Searches bounded neighbouring yaw hypotheses during every seated continuation frame.
• Keeps dim/oblique three-vertex LED contours and safely handles frame-border clipping.
• Adds deterministic full-visibility yaw-offset coverage to the tracking solver tests.

Install:

1. Stop PSMoveService.
2. Extract the Win64 ZIP to a new folder.
3. Start the service once, then run the Config Tool.
4. Restart the service once after upgrading so the model migration is persisted.
5. Continue using iVRy/SteamVR as described in the included PSVR_LED_TRACKING.md.

This is unsigned preview software and still requires real webcam/headset validation.
