Fixed bug of reward with pjax.

The problem is wrong value of CONFIG.reward in the file themes\stun\layout_partials\config.pug, which should not be isShowReward but theme.reward.enable.

The CONFIG configuration is not dynamically updated. The meaning of isShowReward is whether the reward code is displayed not enabled. The reward code can be enabled but not displayed, so the isShowReward only works when the reward code is enabled meanwhile it is the post page when loading for the first time.

Therefore, when loading a non-post page such as the home page and entering the post page through pjax, the reward code button does not work, so it terms out that it needs one more refresh manually.

After all, whether is displayed or whether is enabled is different. Now it works well after modification.
