Android v0.3.0

• Spotify (spoti.fi) and TikTok (vm.tiktok.com, vt.tiktok.com) short links are now resolved and cleaned.
• Generic-looking params (feature, si, _t, _r, TikTok share params) are only stripped on the sites that use them, so other sites' links don't break.
• Lint no longer lists itself in the share sheet it reopens.

Android v0.2.0

(New!🥳) Short-link resolution: Lint now follows redirects for known short links before stripping tracking params, since some tracking only appears on the resolved URL — not the short link itself. Currently resolved: youtu.be (YouTube, confirmed working), t.co (X/Twitter), and fb.watch (Facebook Watch videos). A brief Material You loading screen shows only during this resolution step; every other link stays instant with no UI at all.

Fixes:

• Fixed a trampoline crash and added youtu.be/t.co resolution support, plus more diagnostic logging
• Fixed redirect-following to correctly terminate on the final destination instead of misbehaving on longer chains

(New!🥳) Release build quality:

• Release builds are now signed with a keystore instead of falling back to unsigned/debug output
• R8 minification enabled for release builds.

Documentation overhaul:

• PRIVACY.md is now the single source of truth for which short-link domains are resolved and their per-domain confirmed/blocked status.
• Adopted a platform-prefixed release-tagging convention (android-vX.Y.Z, ios-vX.Y.Z) so Android and iOS can release independently going forward without colliding on a shared tag.
• General README clarity pass on prototype status and installation steps.

Known limitation: Amazon's redirect service (amzn.to/amzn.asia/a.co) still blocks resolution requests outright (likely TLS/protocol-level bot detection). Those links safely fall back to unresolved, unstripped, exactly like any other resolution failure. See PRIVACY.md for details.

Note (13 Sept 2026): the originally-attached APK was debug-signed. It's been replaced with an identical build (same version, same code) signed with the same key used for v0.2.0+, so a fresh install from here updates cleanly to future releases with no manual uninstall needed. Anyone who already installed the old debug-signed asset before this date will still need a one-time adb uninstall com.lint.share before installing v0.2.0 or later.
