LuaScript Update and Bugfixes

The first release of version 0.15.1 has come. You've no need to manually add Camera view settings in DCS. Use the diff file in Joycons folder.

1. Open DCS World.
2. Find Axis Commands page in General or the module you prefer (e.g. A-10C II)
3. Click Load profile and lead to "mouseflightcontrol/Joycons/DCS World/FreeCamera.diff.lua"
   Check if RX and RY is globally set to Camera view axis.
