First public release.

An operator-learning benchmark for 2.5D/3D-IC thermal simulation under a single shared data split and a single shared metric implementation.

• 8 models: FNO, U-FNO, SAU-FNO, UNet, DeepONet, Therm-FM T/B/L
• 4 datasets of increasing difficulty (P=3 to P=7), the last a pure extrapolation set of five unseen cases
• One entry point for training, evaluation and few-shot fine-tuning
• Datasets and model checkpoints are linked from the README

The accompanying paper has not been released yet; the arXiv link and formal citation will be added once it is public.
