refactored snakemake to expose a --include-aws-benchmark-metrics flag which will expand the benchmarks information to include the original and these additional columns:

rule s h:m:s max_rss max_vms max_uss max_pss io_in io_out mean_load cpu_time hostname ip nproc cpu_efficiency instance_type region_az spot_cost snakemake_threads task_cost

IF a benchmark file is attempted to be created and the --include-aws-benchmark-metrics is true, but the AWS cli fails or this is not an EC2 instance, or whatnot, then create the original benchmark and log an error, but do not crash please.

This change is specifically to give aws parallel cluster head and compute nodes the ability to allow tracking spot costs and more detailed usage info.
