v0.2.0 — IDA 9 + x64dbg plugin fix

What's in this release

Working IDA 9 HTTP plugin and a real x64dbg named-pipe plugin (the GitHub tree previously had a 19-byte stub).

IDA Pro 9.x

• HTTP server on 127.0.0.1:2022
• GUI: execute_sync on IDA's main thread
• Batch/idat: pump_forever() on the main thread (IDA 9 rejects inf_* / idautils off-main)
• Does not bind the port at plugin import
• Copy ida_server_plugin.py to %APPDATA%\Hex-Rays\IDA Pro\plugins\

x64dbg

• Copy mco_agent.dp64 to x64dbg\x64\plugins\ and restart x64dbg
• Named pipe: \\.\pipe\x64dbg_ai_agent
• Built against current Plugin SDK (DbgGetRegDumpEx, FindMem, PLUG_SDKVERSION)

MCP

• Windows stdio no longer uses connect_read_pipe
• Content-Length + newline JSON framing
• Default IDA host is 127.0.0.1 (not localhost / IPv6)

No tokens, API keys, or machine paths are included in these assets.
