• Updated Logic for Netherite Mining to account for beds

Create

• Scoria now no longer requires Nether Access to be considered in Logic
• Updated Logic for Scorchia to require either Nether Access or Black Dye
• Decorative Deepslate Blocks from the Create mod now require smelting to be considered in logic
• Red Sandpaper is no longer considered an Exploration Item (as Create has ways to obtain it without finding a Mesa)
