This is the same setup as ls5 it just uses a tor config to scrape .onion sites
So using a venv environment use:

tor status

tor init

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate

pip install selenium

then

pip install TorScraper

use as python3 or just TorScraper in the venv only or it won't work.
This is due to rules set by python PIP638
